Participation of the Director of the Biomedical Engineering Research Center in the Twinning Agreement between the University of Anbar and the Scientific Research Authority

As part of ongoing efforts to strengthen scientific and academic cooperation among national institutions, the Director of the Biomedical Engineering Research Center at the University of Anbar, Dr. Ali Amer Al-Rawi, participated alongside the President of the University of Anbar, Prof. Dr. Mushtaq Talib Saleh Al-Neda, and the Vice President for Scientific Affairs, in the official signing ceremony of a twinning and cooperation agreement with the Scientific Research Authority. The President of the University of Anbar led a high-level academic delegation, which included the deans of the Colleges of Engineering, Science, Pharmacy, and Applied Sciences in Hit, as well as directors of the Renewable Energy Center, Desert Studies Center, Upper Euphrates Basin Center, and the Central Laboratories. The visit was conducted in alignment with the university's strategy to establish effective scientific partnerships and promote research integration across national academic and research institutions. The agreement aims to broaden the horizons of academic and research collaboration, facilitate the exchange of expertise, and develop joint scientific projects aligned with Iraq’s national research strategy. During the visit, the delegation reviewed the leading research centers affiliated with the Scientific Research Authority and discussed activating cooperation through the formation of collaborative research teams to further enhance the university's scientific progress. In this context, Dr. Al-Rawi emphasized the commitment of the Biomedical Engineering Research Center to advancing high-impact scientific research that contributes to elevating both the center’s and the university’s academic standing, thereby supporting the University of Anbar’s position within the national and regional scientific landscape.
